A public–private–academic working group to create 'carbon-neutral performance and event guidelines' launched on Sept. 8, 2026, with its first policy forum at the National Assembly members' office building in Yeongdeungpo, Seoul. Sponsored by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and joined by the National Climate Crisis Response Committee, K-Pop Planet and the Korea Socially Responsible Investment Forum, the group plans five meetings through February 2027 to draft the guidelines.
