BIASMATE processes the minimum account, follow, notification, community, support, and privacy-safe analytics data needed to provide and protect the service. Support messages may include the contact address and details you choose to provide.
How we use data
We use service data to operate requested features, prevent abuse, answer support requests, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. We do not present anonymous analytics as a personโs identity or sell personal information.
Storage and retention
Production data is protected with access controls and limited retention appropriate to its purpose. Encrypted service backups may contain personal information and are available only to authorized operators for recovery.
Your choices
You can control follows and notifications in the service. For access, correction, deletion, privacy, or security questions, contact support@biasmate.com.
Third-party services
Official music, video, ticket, product, authentication, hosting, and database links may be provided by third parties under their own policies. BIASMATE minimizes the information sent when you open an external service.
