High-end designer & K-POP star collab “Icon Drop” takes on the global market - 스포츠경향

In its September 20, 2026 report, Sports Kyunghyang says the large-scale fashion survival show ICON DROP will push into the global market through collaborations between top K-POP artists and high-end designers. The producers are reportedly in confidential talks with three leading fashion creators (referred to as K, P, H) and plan to select one as the main fashion director and judge. The format will include a ‘live drop’ real-time sales system for limited items and is drawing competitive interest from global OTTs for distribution rights.
