In its September 4, 2026 report, Yonhap said Japan’s Lotte Holdings and Nomura Securities plan to build a mid-sized live-house called “Beat Park” near Shin-Osaka Station for K-pop and other performances. The companies aim to open in March 2028 with about 1,600 capacity, outfitted with large high-definition screens, sound systems and fan/food spaces, targeting over 300,000 annual visitors.
